Why book with us

Because the agency fee is dead. We plan and book your whole trip, and the partners pay us for bringing you — you just travel.

The detail a search tab never gives you: the flight, the pickup and the check-in are planned against each other, so a late landing moves the transfer — not you, standing at the curb.

No fees for travelers. Ever.

Planning, itinerary building, and booking links cost you nothing. There is no service fee, no consultation fee, and no markup hiding in the price. If a trip costs $842 booked through us, it costs $842 because that's the partner's price.

A human builds your itinerary

Send the trip you're dreaming of and a person assembles it — flight times that don't strand you, a hotel in the right neighborhood, the transfer, the tour, the car, the data — instead of you juggling six tabs at midnight.

Every piece in one plan

Flights, hotels, transfers, tours and tickets, cars, and eSIM are coordinated in a single itinerary, so the pieces fit: landing time matches pickup, pickup matches check-in, check-in matches the tour.

We work for you; partners pay us

Our commission comes from partners after you book. That keeps our incentive simple: build the trip you'd choose yourself, because happy travelers come back and book again.

Help after you book

Your booking lives with the partner who sold it, under their terms. If plans change, we help you find the right change or cancellation path with that partner instead of leaving you to hunt for it.

Nothing invented

We don't publish fake deals, placeholder prices, or reviews we don't have. Prices and availability come from the partners, live, at the moment you book.

The programs behind your trip

ExploreAwaits is an affiliate travel agency. These are the partner programs your bookings run through:

Partner program

Aviasales is a global flight metasearch: your flight search and booking happen on Aviasales, drawing on hundreds of airlines and agencies, at Aviasales' normal prices.

Partner program

Hotels by Trip.com

Your stays are booked on Trip.com — hotels and apartments worldwide — at Trip.com's normal prices, with Trip.com handling payment and confirmation.

Partner program

Transfers

Airport and intercity transfers booked through our transfer partners, timed to your actual arrival.

Partner program

Tours & tickets

Guided tours, attractions, and event tickets at your destination, booked through our tour partners as part of your itinerary.

Partner program

Cars

Rental cars through our car partners for road-trip days and day trips, matched to your route and dates.

Partner program

eSIM

Travel eSIM data through our eSIM partners, so your phone works the moment the plane lands.

How the commission worksYou follow our link or widget to the partner and book at their normal price. The partner can tell the booking came from ExploreAwaits, and pays us a commission out of their own margin. Your price is the same as booking direct — the commission never comes out of your pocket.

Questions, answered plainly

Does ExploreAwaits charge me anything?

No. Planning and booking through us is free for travelers. Partners pay us a commission after you book.

Are prices higher than booking direct?

No. You book on the partner's site at the partner's normal price — the same price you'd see going direct. Partners pay our commission from their margin, not by raising your price.

Who do I actually pay?

The partner — Aviasales, Trip.com, or the relevant transfer, tour, car, or eSIM partner. Your card goes to them, and your confirmation comes from them.

Who handles changes, cancellations, and refunds?

The partner who sold the booking, under their terms. Tell us what's changed and we'll point you to exactly the right place with that partner — and help re-plan the rest of the trip around it.

Do you ever see my card details?

Never. Checkout happens on the partner's site; card numbers never touch ExploreAwaits. See our security page.
