Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026.
The service
ExploreAwaits is a travel agency that plans trips and routes bookings through partner programs — flights, hotels, transfers, tours and tickets, cars, and eSIM. ExploreAwaits is not an airline, hotel, carrier, or tour operator, and does not sell or fulfill travel itself. When you book, you book with the partner.
No fees to travelers
- Planning, itinerary building, and booking links are free for travelers. ExploreAwaits adds no fee and no markup to any partner price.
- ExploreAwaits earns a commission from partners when you book through our links or widgets. The commission is paid by the partner and does not change your price.
Bookings are with the partner
- Your booking contract is with the partner who sells it (for example, the flight, hotel, transfer, tour, car, or eSIM provider or platform). Payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by that partner's terms.
- Prices and availability are set by partners and can change until your booking is confirmed with them.
- We will help you find the right change or cancellation path with a partner, but we cannot override a partner's terms.
Affiliate disclosure
Links and widgets on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them, the partner may pay ExploreAwaits a commission. This relationship never changes the price you pay, and it is disclosed here, on our home page, and in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
- Trip requests must be genuine travel inquiries.
- We may decline requests that abuse the service.
No guaranteed outcomes
Itineraries are built from your requests and partner offerings at the time. We don't guarantee a particular fare, room, schedule, or availability until the partner confirms your booking.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExploreAwaits is not liable for partner-provided travel services, and our liability for the planning service itself is limited to the fees you paid us for it — which are zero.
Changes
We'll post material changes here and note the new date at the top of this page.
